Why is it bad to have oil in a makeup remover?

Its not bad. It just makes people who already have oily skin, have even oily skin.

I have oily skin and I steer clear away from from makeup removers, facial washes etc that contains oil.Why is it bad to have oil in a makeup remover?
Because it causes some of the makeup to be pushed into your pores instead of removing it from them. The oil coats the makeup in order to release its hold on the skin, but by doing so it also makes it so that it isn't easy to remove completely from the skin because the oil keeps it from clinging to any cloth. So you need to rub in order to try to accumulate the makeup and remover. This causes some of it to be pushed into your pores. Why is it bad to have oil in a makeup remover?
