What is the worst makeup youve ever seen on a person and what was wrong with it?

a girl in my gym class is the worst ive seen and it was bad because you could tell she caked on foundation. You could see foundation bumps and lines and her mascara is too thick. And shes only 14!!! so it was the worst i have seen.

cakey foundation, bright blue eyeshadow, bright pink blush, and red lipstick, and this woman must have been in like her 30s
Yes, Mimi from the Drew Carey show. And the lady at my coffee shop with tattoo'ed eyebrows. OMG
this girl in the grade below me. she used foundation that was about 5 shades too dark for her skin and she cakes it on. as for her eye makeup, it looks like she uses a eyeliner pencil and tube of mascara for each eye. it was crazy!

Actually, my own makeup was by far the worst. I put it on in dim lighting and thought it looked fine. Unfortunately, when I got to work there was way too much blush and uneven foundation. Had to finish the day that way. How embarrassing.

The worst make up i ever seen was about 3 days ago this new girl came to my school and she had green eyeliner and bright freakin red lip stick so yeah that would have to be the worst =D
My husband's ex wife has one of those orange lines along her jawline. Mainly because she wears the color of foundation. It's orange in color. Her skin is very dry and all of her creases show. YUK!!!!!

i hate when there are OBVIOUS make-up lines and their face is ten times ';tanner'; than the rest of their body. it looks so bad.
too much eyeliner too much eyeshadow. everything was too much! she looked so fake.i think going light with makeup is the way 2 go
she had really thick foundation like what you described and then she had on white eye liner and then some hot pink eye shadow and the white eyeliner had came off and was near the crease on her eye lids she also had way to much mascara on.
I have seen girls wear fake eyebrows a really fake tan and WAYYYYYY to much black eyeliner and their hair was really like a fake blonde!
I used to have a friend who wear face powder that was noticebly more darker then her natural skin color, becasuse her face looked really tan, while her neck and arms were pitch white. It was funny, because she's top it off with dark brown lipstick... *Shivers*
when i wore black eyeliner. Because of my fair complexion, it made me looked washed out and my eyes small. Also, a girl once was completely orange on her face from foundation and then pale on her neck. nasty!
