What's the best way to deal with having a bad black eye at work? makeup? even if it doesnt really hide it?

dark glasses? or just do nothing? I'd really like to hear from anyone who had to deal with having a black eye and had to deal with the public. Or knows anyone who had to. THANKSWhat's the best way to deal with having a bad black eye at work? makeup? even if it doesnt really hide it?
try as much as you can with make up to cover it so its not as noticeable. there are really good makes up out there that can cover it alot.

apply a TINTED moisturizer to your skin to get ready for the rest of the makeup (i like covergirl)

apply cover up (i like physician's formula)

apply foundation (i like covergirl trublend it covers acne and redness well)

apply powder if you can still see it after foundation (i like neutrogena)

i have sensitive skin that is prone to acne and redness and none of these brands give me trouble so they won't hurt your skin most likely and they do well with covering up. i've never had a black eye but i think this would at least make it much less noticable and as presentable as you might be able to make it.

i would also try to wear bright colors or prints or hair accessories to try to distract from your face.

i wouldn't pull your hair in a pony tail or back, because that adds emphasis to your face. and i wouldn't go with strong eye shadow or lipstick for the same reasonWhat's the best way to deal with having a bad black eye at work? makeup? even if it doesnt really hide it?
Step 1 : Get a divorce!

Step 2: Makeup and glasses!
