Is it bad for makeup and sunlight/heat to mix?

it can be, yes. that's never stopped me though haha, just remember to wear sunscreen. there are many, many foundations that actually have sunscreen in them. most are 15 spf so if you're more fair skinned i would wear a stronger spf sunscreen too.

Well in a sense yes. Just because heat can make you sweat, causing the make up to melt off. Make up does not serve as sunblock so always try to wear sunblock before and after application, try bare minerals mineral veil sunblock version. So it's just bad because it won't last long, basically making the application useless, always add primer after sunscreen!
